All services are subject to availability and the terms imposed by third-party suppliers

Booking and Contract Formation

• A booking is considered confirmed only once a deposit or full payment has been received and acknowledged by Crown Umrah.
• Any initial deposit is non-refundable, as it is used to secure travel arrangements immediately.
• A binding contract exists once confirmation has been issued.

It is the customer’s responsibility to review all booking details carefully before confirming.

Pricing and Payments

• All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may include VAT where applicable.
• Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed and paid.

Accepted payment methods may include:

• Debit and credit cards
• Bank transfer
• Other payment methods as advertised

By making a payment, you authorise Crown Umrah to charge the selected payment method. We are not responsible for bank charges, declined payments, or delays caused by third-party payment providers.

Flights

• Flight tickets are issued in accordance with airline rules and fare conditions.
• Once issued, tickets may be non-refundable and non-changeable unless otherwise stated.
• Schedule changes, delays, or cancellations are the responsibility of the airline.

Customers are advised to reconfirm flight details directly with the airline prior to departure.

Hotels and Accommodation

• Hotel bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
• If a listed hotel becomes unavailable, a similar standard alternative will be provided where possible.
• Hotel star ratings in Saudi Arabia may differ from European standards.
• Check-in and check-out times are governed by hotel policy.

Any local taxes, VAT, tourism levies, or security deposits must be paid directly to the hotel and are non-refundable.

Visa Services

• Visa issuance is solely at the discretion of the relevant authorities.
• Crown Umrah is not responsible for visa delays, refusals, or decisions made by embassies or immigration authorities.
• Visa fees and processing charges are non-refundable once submitted.

Where visa services are not included in your package, it is your responsibility to obtain the correct visa.

Passport and Travel Documentation

• Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond the return date.
• It is the traveller’s responsibility to ensure all documents are accurate and valid.

Crown Umrah cannot be held responsible for denied boarding, entry refusal, or losses resulting from incorrect or invalid documentation.

Ground Transport and Transfers

• Ground transportation services are arranged through third-party providers.
• Missed transfers due to flight delays, late arrival, or personal circumstances are not refundable.
• Transport schedules may be adjusted due to local conditions or operational reasons.

Changes and Amendments

• Any changes requested after confirmation may incur additional charges.
• Changes are subject to supplier approval and availability.
• Supplier-imposed fees must be paid by the customer.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation terms vary depending on the services booked.
• Once flights, hotels, or packages are issued, bookings may become non-refundable.
• Refunds, where available, are limited to amounts recoverable from third-party suppliers.

E-Shop Purchases

• Products sold through our e-shop are subject to availability.
• Items must be returned unused and in original condition within the specified return period to qualify for a refund.
• Personalised or custom-made items are non-refundable.

Travel Insurance

Crown Umrah does not provide travel insurance. Customers are strongly advised to arrange comprehensive travel insurance covering:

• Cancellations
• Medical emergencies
• Loss of belongings
• Travel disruptions

Lack of insurance does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Health, Safety, and Religious Considerations

Health and vaccination requirements may change at any time.

• It is the traveller’s responsibility to comply with health regulations and guidance.
• Umrah is a spiritual journey and should not be viewed as a leisure holiday.

Crown Umrah is not responsible for individual health, fitness, or religious compliance matters.

Liability

Crown Umrah acts as an agent for third-party suppliers and is not liable for:

• Airline delays or cancellations
• Hotel service issues beyond our control
• Acts of God, government actions, or unforeseen events

Our liability is limited to the amount paid directly to Crown Umrah, except where required by law.

Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal data and are ICO registered in the UK. Personal information is handled in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Crown Umrah or its licensors. Unauthorised use or reproduction is prohibited.
